Extensive Land Surveying, Construction, Estimating & Safety experience GLS utilized my Certifications in OQ to train, test and evaluate countless new hires/employees for federally required operator qualifications through NCCER & Veriforce, Certification as a Construction Safety Trainer had me also responsible for conducting employee safety orientations and training, facilitating daily safety awareness meetings and enforcing jobsite safety per OSHA and client standards. Greatly expanded my working knowledge of federal and state project requirements through the expertise & relationships that Wilson holds with the various public entities. The various challenges that I successfully completed included highway profiling, route surveying, control, cadastral, and boundary surveys, ownership maps, thorough data research, RR surveying, pipeline surveying (existing pipe locating and stationing as well as all aspects of new pipeline layout, from ROW location to as-builting) & legal descriptions. My position required employing a wide range of surveying methods & titles to take responsibility for every aspect of project completion. Projects began in the research of each parcel of land and its surroundings. From this point field observations were acquired by GPS, Robotic, or conventional means. The final steps to completion consisted of processing the data & creating a final deliverable using LDD or In Roads.
